Trending @Accenture; Need Guidance for Level 12 ASE
I am a Level 12 ASE with no Project Exp. I received an Email from an Assoc Director asking me to acknowledge if I can work on a MERN project and rate my expertise on the same (in a Table). Mentioned that "Failure to respond, will be informed to business team"
I have replied with all the necessary details and showing my interest in the project.
Later an Associate Manager created a grp for all interested people and asked people who have previous internship exp on MERN projects. Btw, this is an internal Project. I don't have any exp. So now I don't want to ping since I don't meet the criteria.
Will this count as Project Call ? since in ITP, it was mentioned that I could reject almost 2 opportunities and else will be put in CIP depending on feedbacks.
Don't let this opportunity go my friend, by the time they are in the process of onboarding you, go on to make some projects, don't indulge in too much theory.
The problem is, the onboarding is most probably tomorrow or Wednesday 😢
I did reply to him now that, I am really interested and would swiftly learn the request things and to gimme a chance if possible
My question is whenever, if he (in whatever case), goes for other candidates, will this count as "Candidate rejected" or "He (AM) rejected" and 1 chance is gone
Yes same happened to me? Idk should I just join by lying or honestly tell them I can learn quickly?
Yes I have said that, but he told me that your stream is Java Full Stack (then why contact me in the first place?), we have a team consisting of only ASEs, no senior members and No KTs and we need some people with prior Exp.
Reply that you can learn and read few Basic things. Just dont reject they are actively firing.
