I have joined accenture in 2024,I have been working as an Automation Tester for the past 1 year. Now, I’m unsure about the next step in my career and how to upgrade my skills. I need some guidance to decide the right path forward.

Dude just find a good skill which will grow in upcoming days/higher salary stability, -grind it on for 3-4 months continuous. -Change primary skill to that technology in my competency.
-Your will get the next project calls based on it.
-After completing a year in that technology don't think just switch companies.
