I’ve recently received an offer from a mid-sized healthcare product company, which includes a 40% hike in base pay.

As many of you might relate, I’ve been with Accenture for the past few years and, despite consistently receiving top ratings and being recommended for promotion over the last two cycles, there’s been no tangible growth in terms of role or compensation.
