Can someone explain what exactly is expected during the notice period? Are we legally obligated to continue working at full capacity, or can we use that time to prepare for interviews and transition? What's the actual purpose of the notice period, and is there any law or policy that supports employees in case they're overloaded or mentally stressed during it?
