I have recently replaced my laptop and my device is not reflecting in the device portal.Is this a critical issue? It was showing as non compliant yesterday but today no device is listed. Tech team informed that it will get resolved in 72 hours but I have to return to hometown today itself.If the issue persists I cant come again to base location again as it is more than 2500km away From hometown. Is this a common issue or do I need to do something from my side ? Im totally unaware so kindly assist me to get out of this
