Trending @Accenture; Need Advise

I am working in one of the the project and recently my team has been changed. In new theam there is lot of politics and i feel like i am being the prey in this polictics. Can we reach out to senior managers for asking them to change our team within the project. As far as i know they would not give me release from my project.

Talk to your manager first and then follow the hierarchy. If it repeats then better involve HR + document it in the email

Office politics are tough. Talk to your manager about your concerns. Be professional and focus on how a change benefits the project. Consider HR if needed. Be prepared for resistance.
