Trending @Accenture; Need advice on resignation
Hello folks, I have manual testing experience of 10 years, with knowledge of salesforce testing, API, SQL and automation basics. My current project environment is really hectic and I am not able to balance work and my health. How is the hiring in 2026 is going on? Will it be safe to resign without an offer? I have spent 4 years in Accenture without a single promotion! Am unmarried, no major EMIs or responsibilities.

If you have a good amount of savings in which you and your family can survive for at least for the next 3 to 4 months, then you can , put down your papers and start search but make sure you are prepared or else first prepare and then put down the paper bz when recruiter ask you about you notice that will be advantage when you say I am serving notice period

I resigned. My project became next level toxic. Can’t handle it anymore. Sometimes we have to choose our mental sanity over a shitty job! #peace

I am also in the similar position..
Very unsure about the next steps due to manual testing...
Are they any hires for manual testing outside?
