Trending @Accenture; Need advice on promotions

I know I’m a bit late, but how to pursue my manager to consider me for promotion? We’ve been speaking on that for a couple years now, and there’s not a plan in place which will “build my case”! Been listening to the same thing for so long now. What to do with this lollipop?
