Trending @Accenture; Need advice on expected CTC

I joined Accenture as a fresher during COVID and have been working here for the past 3 years and 8 months. I was assigned a role in Informatica and, over time, gained experience with IICS, shell scripting, and other ETL related tools.

I started with a CTC of ₹4.5 LPA due to the uncertainty during COVID and the fear of not securing a better offer later. After one promotion, my current CTC is approximately ₹6.8 LPA.

I have a strong coding background. During my internship, I deployed Flutter applications. I had a solid grasp of Java and C++. I am confident in SQL and PL/SQL, and I can pick up Python within a few days if required.

Given my experience and skills, what CTC should I quote and realistically expect when switching to a data analyst or data engineer role?
