I wanted to get advice on something.
My official shift timing is 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM, but our daily standup has been moved to 1:00 PM, and I’m now also expected to work till 12:30-1:00 AM. Initially, this was supposed to be a temporary adjustment, but it’s now become a regular schedule.
Has anyone else faced a similar situation at Accenture? Would really appreciate some input on how to approach this professionally. 🙏
Yes even if you are out of the shift they are expecting to join a meeting...normal now
Keep requesting that time doesn't suite you, can it be rescheduled to 5PM
Bro i login at 10AM and my daily stand up is from 8:30PM to 9:30PM and people expect me to reply and be available even between 6 to 8. We're in the same boat. Try to discuss with your team first and bring up the proposal to move your daily stand up forward by one hour. It worked for us earlier but didn't last long.
