Trending @Accenture; Need advice for Project

Hello, I joined Accenture in November 2022, was trained in microservices and light weight architecture. After that basically did not receive any calls as requirements for a project. Had got only 1 call which was where I was rejected because they wanted an experienced resource. Was desperate to get a project, eventually got one . But it had NOTHING to do with microservices and light weight architecture. It was a short term project with three phases. Worked on SQL,golang and java for 4-4 months. Now that project has ended and I am on the bench again. So now the problem is I somehow don't get many calls, when i get some they ask if i have experience working with spring boot. I get rejected. I keep sending my resume yet no response. I even say that a support project will also do ,but nobody cares. Wanted to know, if anyone was there in the same situation,if yes,how did you get out of this situation? Or getting out of Accenture was the only way? Please drop in your responses in the comments, I genuinely want your advice.

Maybe getting out of ACN would be the right option. Meanwhile what you can do is get any support project irrespective of skills. Another thing is if you are on the bench and keep your notice period to 15-30 days your chances of getting more calls gets increased so take the right call.
