Trending @Accenture; Need advice for my project
I recently received an email regarding a shadow hardlock for a project named SERVICE_CAP. It's been over two weeks now, and I haven’t been contacted further or tagged to any project yet. Meanwhile, some of my colleagues have already been assigned to their respective projects.
Is this kind of delay normal? Should I continue waiting or start looking for opportunities elsewhere?
Also, I noticed that AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) is listed under my project experience on Workday, but I’m not interested in working with that technology. Could anyone please clarify if this is indeed the technology I'll be working on, or if it’s just a placeholder?
This experience has made me realize how much luck and patience matters in service-based companies😣

all you do is ask your frnd and get to know that projects hr or manager and talk to him
else you can wait and upskill ,
have worked in AEM in last project?? if not reach and in whichever tech you worked last make that primary in my conpetency , you will get calls based on that only

Thanks for the suggestion
I’ve been trying to check with those guys mentioned in cc of that mail but didn't get any response. I haven’t worked in AEM before so seeing it listed under my experience was a bit confusing. I recently got trained in the MEAN stack, and my primary skill is in Frontend development...this whole shadow hardlock situation has been a bit frustrating 😅
