Hello BA community I'm in a shitty project where learning scope is limited and I want to switch anyhow this year. Can all the BAs here let me know what all skills does the market looks for in BA or could you tell me your interview experiences? Total BA work ex- 18 months We use power Apps to create application for Insurance client
If you want to switch to a BA role, the first thing is to change your primary skill to BA.
You will get most of the project calls based on primary skill.
Second thing, add domain skill in secondary and third remove all tech skills from my competencies.
Just read, you are looking for switch.
My most of interview questions are around domain knowledge, and basic of requirement gathering, conflict management, documentation skills (BRD, User story, epic etc...)
You can upload CV to ChatGPT, it will guide you what changes are needed to present yourself as BA.
You can take naukri service for getting interview calls and their AI for interview practice.

Then start searching new from jobs gateway

If you have good contact with pmo ask him to switch he will let you switch you
Or You may connect to hr she may guide you what policies are there
If nothing works from above
Try to relate current task for BA task by learning and update cv start job hunt
