Trending @Accenture; Need a suggestion
I have received 3 times ACE AWARD… in 3years of Accenture. I was expecting a promotion which was promised every year. Should I wait for promotion or look for change? My fixed pay is 15.31LPA and 2.3L as VP, TYE - 7.5 years
Also companies are not looking for the candidates with 90days NP, what should we do in this case ? I am not willing to take any chances

You’re not getting any hike because you’re already above the normal range of your salary and for team lead. Ideally, the salary range starts from 12,00,000 to 24,00,000 so it seems like you’re already overpaid and considering the notice period, but I believe you need to look for a company who is accepting 90 days notice period. You have no other choice. Mostly you are going to get promoted in June 2026. 
There are rumours that in June the results willingly be better as so many people will resign after this November hike
