Trending @Accenture; Need a career advice

Hi all, I am a Salesforce LWC developer with 2.5 YOE, I am trying to switch and I am applying to 3 to 4 companies every day but I still haven't received atleast one call from any of the recruiters. I am scared if I will stuck here in this organisation or what. I really some guidance
