I’m not very good at IT work, and it’s been getting more stressful and depressing as my experience increases. I have an MBA and feel I’d be better suited for roles like Business Analyst or Product Owner, but I’m stuck in a development job that’s causing me a lot of problems. Do you have any ideas on how I can move into a more functional or managerial role? I have 6.5 years of experience. TIA

You get project calls based on skills added in mycompetency, delete dev skills and add functional/managerial skills. Prepare for an interview and get a role.
