Hi, I recently joined a project and I wanted to claim the monthly Internet expenses. My internet service company sent me a bill which includes the address of my native. But my base location is different. I come to my Base location at least once a week to swipe in. Can I claim the Internet charges even if the Location stated in the bill is not the same as my base location? Also..If I can, Is it fine if I claim charges from the month before as long as the Date is less than or equal to the time period end date?

If only you have your name on the bill, address will not be an issue i guess

I have my name on the bill and my permanent address/ mailing address in Accenture is the same as my invoice address

Yes you can do either wifi or mobile bill

Yes, you can claim. I also goes once in a week to Noida office and I stay to my native place far around 200 km. I also claim internet expenses for my home wifi, I am not getting any problem to that till now.

No you shouldn’t claim internet expenses if the address on your bill is different from base location. They updated the policy sometimes back. You might face problems if they catch you
