Trending @Accenture; Myte bill for new internet connection query

Hi,

I have got a new Airtel Xtreme fiber connection this month costing 2500 Rs which includes 3 months of plan which costs 699 Rs per month, but the bill does not mention this three months recharge amount in the invoice.

How should I claim this amount in myte for internet allowance as there is a limit of 1000 Rs for a month? If anyone went through similar thing, please help with how you managed to get the amount?
