Hi,

So I joined Accenture in December 2024 and the one thing that my people manager is emphasising me to achieve is a P3 rating in my primary skill (Informatica MDM). I had taken the test in January and gotten a P1 rating itself yesterday I was able to re-attempt the test but again I got the same rating of P1. Am I cooked?

What are the consequences of not receiving a P3 rating?

P3 is your efficiency of the skill. Get help from your seniors to crack the test. Try to re-attempt in a month or two. You will crack it! Meanwhile, learn the project, track your hours efficiently and work happily!! All the best!
