I completed my Microsoft certification Renewal exam and uploaded the transcript on the ALN portal two months ago, but I’m still receiving emails to complete the recertification to maintain my proficiency level. Despite raising an incident with my competency team, I haven’t received any resolution, and now my competency has expired and back to not assessed,Is there any workaround to resolve this issue or a POC,?
