Trending @Accenture; My thoughts on making this group better 🤔
Hello friends,
I have been on Grapevine for a long time and it has become much better since this Accenture group got made since we can talk to each other safely.
However, I feel we can make this more helpful for ourselves. These were some of my thoughts
- Let’s not ask the same questions again and again, if possible, first let us search if it already exists
- Would be good to actively answer questions: I feel some questions get no answers and the doubt is not resolved
- We should think of how we can utilise this for our help. Calling out bad and good projects etc.
I feel potential is huge. If anybody else has any suggestions do add here. I will try and take active part to make it better
Used to previously work in another global MNC and there we had a similar app It is critical to set the right culture, then it becomes very good
People should be helpful & respectful
Yeah I think issue is everybody ends up asking about their salary whether it is high or low
Focus should be on rating projects, teams, cities, sharing experiences
True Always things get unanswered
Recently still better but some time back all queries were unresolved
As a fresher all my doubts got answered... And some good Samaritans helped me evade support projects & into a good development one that complements my skills.
But recently it's all the BS underpaid trend.
