Trending @Accenture; My probation period has been extended for 34 days citing subpar performance. How much can this extension be extended to?

I am a Business Architecture Senior Analyst (CL 10). Apart from subpar performance, I have been told that I need to clear an exam to remain in the project that I am in. I want to know the repercussions and the extent to which the probation can be extended? My reporting manager did not have a word with me. I just acknowledged my probation terms now.
