But when he opened that request there were some four fields mandatory like SR number. The he filled them with NA and submitted the request.
And then after sometime as well I can see from my side the request status is open-OIT and Request Closed On -N/A an di can see comments under transfer details as “DU lead approved”
Is it all fine or anything wrong? Like filling SR as NA

I requested for OIT in mail. DU lead replied with - please submit your request in system and follow the process..
Does it mean he accepted it ? Or in the system i can't initiate a transfer before 24 months right. It has to be from organisation right..
What should I do now?
