It looks like you are underpaid. With 8.4 YOE, your minimum expectations should be 17 LPA.

@GrotesqueForestry72 ahh no, you are way lucky. I know people at L10 fetching 9 LPA. Even the hikes were too low. Most of them received 3, 5 and 6 %. The most I know was 8.8 %.
