Trending @Accenture; My manager said that I am already getting paid a high salary even being at ML 11.
My manager said my salary is equivalent to what TL’s get here. Tell me guyz are TL’s here getting 10lac per annum here? All he wanted to say that why I am expecting hike. I said it’s been two years I haven’t got any hikes or promotion.
Is this fair?..Don’t I deserve hike if I have completed one certification and I haven’t got any hike from the time i joined accenture(2years)?
Anyhow my manger said do certifications then we will see in end of may if you will get hikes or not.

I am level 11 geting 7.8 L including variable pay with overall 10 years experience and 2+ years in accenture
Sorry but you have 10 years experience and you are at level 11 here? You should talk to your manager i guess, because seems like you are way to much under pay and the career level is also not correct for you..I am not sure it is correct or not but you should be at level 9..
How it is possible with overall 10 years of experience?
One of my friend is TL at level 10 & he is getting 13 LPA

Main problem in this situation is pay parity. However you and TL both should receive hikes.
