My mal is 114. Am I eligible for promotion from level 9 to 8? Promotion to level 8 will happen this time? Any idea guys?

@Mangz10 @AptOutback3 MAL actually doesn’t mean that he joined 114 months ago or got promoted 114 months ago! It just means as per total work experience he must have been to the next level 114 months ago with that much experience!

Now there are multiple reasons like skills and lesser previous CTC for hiring at a lower level !

But yes 114 is a lot so you must be at next level and possibly 2 levels up by now!

I don't know, how it was calculated as MAL. For me it shows as below Mal 114 Tal 0 And I joined to accenture in the year 2021 July.
2 years 10 months in Accenture without promotion
