Trending @Accenture; My direct manager is ok but my senior manager and director ignores me

I also meet them time to time. Attend calls. Then why this ignorance? I was told I am the top performer in my team but still ( one reason is that I directly dont work under them?)

Will this hurt my promotion? As my senior manager is ( talent lead). They behave normally with people who work under them even associates. I wanted to be under them but they ignored me and said let your manager decide your release.

Will this hurt my promotion? I am active with my direct manager and PL. Its giving me so much anxiety. Pls any one help me How can I miss the opportunity of being associate to analyst even tho with peanut increment 😭😭😭😭

A typical Sr Manager has anywhere between 200-500 people under them. They are not going to remember and interact with all of them. They have their immediate next level who they talk to the most and similarly they talk to their next level. If your manager is interacting with you and has no issues, I wouldn’t worry too much about the Sr Manager. For promotions, you do need to make sure that your manager is recommending your name so keep in touch with your manager and remind them that you are expecting a promotion.

Thank you so much. But he is ignoring me only that's why it bothered me.

If your performance is monitored by the manager, then your promotion will depend mostly on the manager not the senior manager, although final decision is made by senior manager
