If you're a woman, then possible given there are no other women at level 8 and at least 1 man in level 8. As Accenture is trying to achieve 50% women on all levels, use it to your advantage 🙂‍↔️

Try to push for this June cycle. I've seen some comments conveying that there's only women's quota in this June.

Your manager's promise is as reliable as a politician's pre-election vow. Expect a hike? More like a trek up the Himalayas. "Ummeed pe duniya kayam hai", isn't it? What's your backup plan?
