If i have P3+ in around 6 to 8 skills in my competency. is there any award or recognition for that. I have tried for p4 in few skills it's tough.

No, you will only get RP for P4+ that too only for Primarily skill

No nothing for p3

Nothing for P3+ but you get it for P4 and there is a public recognition and certificate too that you get for Experts@MyC achievement.
