Trending @Accenture; My competency for level 9

How I can get P4 in my competency. It is so tough to crack. I am not getting time also to study due to project work. They are expecting us to work 14 to 16 hrs a day. And after all these I need to get P4 in my competency. Any one better idea to crack my competency
