Hi all, I'm fresher and i wanted to know how I can use my Competency secondary skill assessment proficiency result to get projects? Do I need to contact anyone or someone will contact me? I have received a 3.5 star rating in assessment of secondary skills.
Make it primary by switching it , need lead approval thats all
But the POC is not allowing to switch the primary skill
Poc?? It needs your lead approval . It goes to your supervisor tell so n so reason, even sometimes back we got an email to swap primary from secondary, there was one girl who needs to switch from Tech writing to Ai/ml , i guided her to reach out to her lead with this email as support, she did and get approver too, sometimes u need to explain and get the things done , otherwise do one thing daily ask , one day they will approve you
