6moTrending @Accenture; My company offered me a 10% bonus, but there's a one-year stay-on condition. What should I do?

Take it, imagine you don't have this money, invest it in a fund which doesn't give you much interest but there is no exit load
Say you get a job somewhere else, redeem the money you invested and give it back to Accenture what's the harm in it?

I agree. There are two things you need to make sure:
- Invest in something that is stable and secure. Don’t run for high returns for this year as it will be a risk.
- Make sure that if you left before one year, you have to return the same amount you receive. Not more than that.
Confirm these two and follow what LuxuriousMailer said, you will be fine.

Sure but I heard that company has given a 10% hike to some employees under the same terms since they were denied a 10% bonus on their base pay. Is it true?
