9moTrending @Accenture; My company laptop gets a "we ran into an error" screen 2-3 times in a day suddenly at any time and shuts down.
I want to replace the laptop, Can anyone tell me please how to do it? Also replacement happens only at the same facility where I got the laptop or other facilities of the base location also works?

Replacement can only happen at your current base location. If your old based location is different it can be submitted to the dhl courier hub in current base location.

I am in my current base location. But my facility has changed to where I got the laptop. So replacement can happen to a different facility in the same base location?
