
Trending @Accenture; Most of candidates hired by Accenture are mostly female in 2024
There are many news and reports saying, the female candidates, during hiring process, at coding assessment even having to solve few test cases they are getting offers and male candidates even after solving all the test cases not getting any offer letter. Mostly 85% candidates been hired are female in 2024. Do you think filling the diversity in this way good for the company?, and the competent candidates are getting rejected

There are quite a few males who are totally incompetent to their role and still at Accenture.. I would rather focus to ensure they get removed and competent ones replace them. Won’t care if they are he she or they..

I guess there can be anyone of such type, thing is this company process is inefficient.

The talented people not getting opportunity in name of "the position has already been filled by another candidate" where in name of diversity, inefficient candidates are getting hired and talented ones not getting the chance

This is unfair. Competence should be the only criteria for hiring, not gender.

, it is same from past few years, compnies need to maintain diversity also, some othere reasons at management level.

My suggestion is as a male candidate don't ever choose Accenture for your career and for growth.
