Trending @Accenture; Most neglected office DDC4A

My work location is DDC4A. We don’t even have basic facility like gym at this location. Also I am not sure why but whole NCR is considered a single location and all the events take place in Gurgaon. It is not possible for us to travel 2+ hours one way along with the project deliverables. I already provided feedback to leadership in couple of calls however no response or actions are being taken.

I feel if Accenture don’t want to do same events for Noida and Gurgaon and treat NCR as a single city in that case they can organise couple of the events here and remaining there. So that it is not always the Noida employees who are travelling and they get equal opportunity to participate as well.

Please vote if you feel the same and would like to provide feedback to HR and leadership as well in order to create some pressure on them to look into this.
