Mine salary is 33900 inhand what should be minimum salary which I can ask?
Ask 50% hike atleast yours is too less for 4 years experience
Will they able to give 50% hike if I ask them and how should I approach them
Your salary should be double to your experience, with 4 years you should get anywhere between 8-10 lpa. Go ahead ask for it what's the harm be confident.
And all this applies if you're capable and knowledgeable

I have discussed with 4 years of experience and getting 4.5 lpa is justice to my skill and experience.

When i was switch on 3 years company agree to give 100% hike.
X CTC to 9 to 10 they can give easily.Just open to negotiate.
