There wont be any hike this mid season, so whoever thinking of getting hike, sorry guys, pls wait for December. And there will be PIP as well . So some will get promotion and some get IP

Raise in your discussion call , that folks need hike they waiting from last 3 years, they have to now settled in metro city , expenses increased inflation increased but salary is constant what was in 2022, bol payenge na aap ???

Guys… chill… the reward guidelines are not yet out… it will take 3 more weeks… however as you said in the post.. promotion discussions have started & there will be new IPs along with reviewing Dec 24 IPs!
3 weeks later this will be only news, there wont be any hike, bcs yet there is nothing came out from leadership apart from promotion thing since it was already declared that promotion cycle has been shifted to june, so they anyway need to give to some, now the question is promotion will be very limited or will happen in good nos. and in 3 weeks there wont be any magic gonna happen, even worse can expect.
