On the website, it asks cert name and planned date. 1.Does planned date mean date of exam? 2.On which website, we can use this voucher? 3.Are 15 days enough for certs? Or we should apply voucher near to exam day after studying? 4.From where we can access the material for study?

Please answer these questions as don't have info being a fresher new joiner. Thanks for your time.
