Mentorship program under IAspire is typically depends on the mentor you choose. You could set your aspired career as per the designation Or Technology.
If you want cross skill or upskill yourself better to go Technology wise . Before choosing your mentor or build up metor network (which appear when you define the career path) better to have a quick connect with them understand if they are right mentor for you and devote some "time" in you. Better to plan and schedule your own connects/meeting after the consultation with your mentor rather than going with default one. Mentor should be two level up from your level or atleast be on associate manager level. Atleast connect every fortnight. Work on agendas (short and long term), consider mentorship for 4-6 months. Most important don't be lazy or shy to reach to your mentor as it's your call. Also you could have more than one mentor but it's suggested to have one as it would help you reach your goal in-time and in systematic manner without chaos. If your mentor is not giving you time then it's better to change the mentorship but before that give atleast 1.5-2 months to an existing mentor.

After doing mentorship you can add related skill sets or certification in your profile under iAspire which coud help you when you apply for internal openings. Mentor can also guide you to reach your trained domain as they have thier own network so always polite with the mentor and try to establish healthy formal relation with them.
