Trending @Accenture; Mental health sabbatical possible?

Hi, i am going through a rough phase in life, not able to focus on work as much as I should. I knowing this might sound trivial but wanted info if i can take sabbatical for sometime due to mental health issues? Dont want to quit because this job has given me a lot and i do want to contribute back to the firm.
