Accenture has a mandate policy for visiting office 1 day every week. Starting FY26 they are expanding to 2 days per week in a phased manner.
- Do employees on notice period need to visit the office?
- Is there any proof or official documents mentioning notice period employees are exempted?
- Can existing people on notice period confirm?
Please provide suggestions regarding visiting office during notice period.

There is no official document regarding this and it all depends on your relation with your PL. If PL is petty then not following the mandate might affect the experience letter. As someone serving np, i go to office 1 day for 1 hr.

Have a good relationship with my people lead. He is also going to be rolled off from the project and would join a different project. The good thing is during notice period people lead cannot change.
