Do we get medical leaves and what is the process how to to apply for leave of absence(apart from earned leaves and casual leaves)

Yes, we have medical leaves. Get a doctor's note, inform your manager, and update the leave portal. Simple as that.

Thank you, but just wanted to know because I was not aware of this, my earned leaves were applied for the days I missed and now I have no leaves

You first need to have an artifacts why you would to avail the LOA basis health issue. And you must be part of the organization more than a year to be eligible for it. Then you must exhaust your earned and casual leave balance before you start your LOA. Speak to your immediate supervisor to take this forward.
