Trending @Accenture; Medibuddy account link issue

Hi all, i have used my 5000 benefits point (which was given by Accenture) for Medibuddy wallet.

When i am going to link my link my account with the corporate account it was giving me an error that (not able to send the otp on this mail).

I connected with medibuddy support team they have asked me to check with accenture team, they will activate the username and password for this.

So my concern is whom to check this, any mail id or contact you guys can provide? It will be very helpful to me
