Trending @Accenture; May variable pay

I am cl 10 having 2 lac as my variable I joined in June 24 and in the last cycle they gave me 5k stating that I just joined and you just started working on a project (discussion done in oct I guess so). From sept I am working on client wbse 100% chargeability but most people are saying that I will get the same as last cycle. I want to know why this kind of thing will happen.

P.S: I know I should wait for 4 to 5 days to know about my vp. Just posting here to know about the logic behind same vp.
