I’m a lateral hire joined January last year 2025 and have not received any hike since then. How much hike can I expect considering I’ve been a top performer and the only one knowing the technology On which I have been hired

Even I feel the same in my project. But I am not sure whether I get it or not. No hike till now joined in jul 24

You cant expect a default number anymore here. Have an open conversation with your manager/people lead regarding salary hikes.
