Upto level 8 its twice a year and above it is annually with bonus

If no one gets variable pay, there will be nationwide email from not so sweet julie trying to convince everyone how hard it was to fool employees. Please refrain from making assumptions and create panic among dear GVans.

Im not sure but in my opinion , bonus is not variable pay

Just check the mail regarding bonus equity
