Does anyone know how much increment/hike percentage in salary can be given in Accenture irrespective of level. (CL12 to CL8)

I have seen people who got 42% hike in last cycle but they were in Level 12. Before they have low package and now they are having equal package of that level (4.5LPA)

@BANGlorean - you mean after 42% hike they are having 4.5 LPA or on 4.5 LPA they got 42% hike?
