What is the formality or doc need to submit to avail one month extra maternity leave i.e.. from 6 to 7 month ml ???

Just have your doctor write a medical certificate that you need one more month for childcare and betterment of your health. Doctors know it if u request them. Tat is enough for them to approve the extra 1 month ML.

I did the same and got it.
