Trending @Accenture; MAT leave while on bench.

Hello guys,

I joined accenture around May 2025 and I have been moved to bench recently as my previous project contract got completed. Now my ITP period is 45days. However, I have planned MAT leave from April 2026. Hence although I’m getting calls my profile is getting rejected due to this reason.

I’m worried what happens after 45days of ITP period gets completed. Any idea on this and can anyone suggest If I should start taking projects without letting them know about MAT leave.
