Trending @Accenture; MASSIVE CONFUSION FOR PROMOTION
I joined in SEPT 23 , batchmates already promoted in their respective projects , here I am being given new responsibilities to handle post departure of teammates ( seniors ) .
My PL says there is no positive news for anyone , wait for next cycle.
When I am telling him things like default promotion is removed , techleap is no longer considered and you can recommend me anytime after 18 months, then all he has to say is he has no ideas on these alteration in rules , he will confirm and get back and then next communication is never happening.
Same thing happened with me and they also put me in pip. My previous managers want me in their other project (not the one who put me in pip). It has been 3 yrs I joined Accenture Still no promotion . I'm looking for switch. accenture is getting worst. I won't join accenture in future.
If you know you deserve this promotion other than anyone else in comparison to your people lead you have all the rights to initiate a conversation with skip level managers even with accenture leadership people in your hierarchy who has better visibility to the things, I will recommend do that and get your thoughts clear instead of keep on waiting for PL
If you try to fight with them they will put you in pip
